How We Work to Protect Your Home.

Why Fix Wood Rot, Now?

Ignoring exterior damage doesn’t just look bad, it quietly erodes the parts of your home that matter most.

Taking care of it now means:

  • Your home looks cared for, not neglected

  • Moisture, insects, and rot don’t keep spreading

  • Railings, steps, and doors stay safe and secure

  • You avoid much bigger repairs a few years from now

For a lot of our clients, it’s about the respect they have for their home:

“If I see it every day, I don’t want to pretend it isn’t there.”

Our Expert Repair Approach

Step 2: Receive Your Ballpark Estimate

We’ll put together a clear labor and materials estimate and send it to you. Typically within 48 hours, but often much sooner.

You can approve it as-is or reply with any questions before moving forward with the initial deposit.

Step 3: Approval and Scheduling

If the ballpark estimate looks good, you’ll pay a $50 initial deposit to move forward. We’ll follow up the same day or next day to schedule a confirmation appointment with a technician.

During that visit, we’ll confirm the scope of work and make any final adjustments to the estimate if needed.

Once you approve the final quote and pay the materials deposit, we’ll schedule your repair, typically within 3–7 business days.

Step 1: Submit Your Repair Request

Start by submitting our online repair request form. You can upload up to 10 photos of the damaged areas—this gives us the most accurate ballpark estimate.

If you can’t send photos, we can still review satellite images or MLS data for basic context, though direct photos always give the best results.

Once we review your submission, we’ll prepare your free online ballpark estimate based on the information provided.

Our repair team arrives on time and does a quick walkthrough to confirm the scope. After that, you can relax while we complete the work within the scheduled timeframe.

If we uncover any hidden damage, we pause, show you the issue, and discuss options before moving forward so there are no surprises on your final invoice.

Once the repair is complete, your technician will either walk you through the finished work or send a file of before‑and‑after photos via text or email.

You’ll receive a payment link via text or email to pay by online through our secure payment processor, and once completed, you’ll automatically receive a receipt.

Step 4: Repair Day! Relax While We Handle the Rest.
Step 5: Final Review and Documentation

Now, your home is protected, restored, and looking its best!
